RETURN /REFUND POLICY

  • If your products are defective when  delivered , you may return the defective product. If you return the product, we will repair, replace the product or provide you with a full refund.
  • To return products, you must contact us within 24hrs of receipt of the product(s), it may take up to 15 days to return or exchange.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging. We cannot accept items back that have been used or worn.

  • For all returns other than defective or incorrectly shipped items, the customer will be responsible for  shipping charges to return the item(s).If, we provide a refund , Subject to the product being unused and unworn and with the original tags intact at the time of receiving the product ,the refund will be at our sole discretion and subject to the approval of the inspection team . 
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notfiy you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
